Rock Creek Vineyard is located in the Green Valley appellation, just a short distance to the east of Napa. Our warmer days combine with the cool evening breezes from the Bay to create a unique climate worthy of its own AVA designation. This climate combines with our rocky, west-facing slopes to produce ideal conditions for the style of wines we prefer. We are a small, new winery with very limited production. We’re proud to make our wines “from the ground up” – we grow our own grapes and control the harvest and crush, the fermentation and aging, the testing and bottling all right here at the winery. We produce only red wines, and we work to create the style that pleases us: robust, mouth-filling flavors, with a soft and warm finish.

Our 2007 Vintage was our first release, and it made quite a debut: at the San Francisco Wine Competition (the world’s largest for US wines), our Sangiovese was awarded a Gold medal, and our Zinfandel and our “Dal Cuore” super--Tuscan blend scored Silver medals. We hope you will enjoy our handcrafted efforts!
